Protect your health it is so important!
We all need to protect ourselves so eating healthy food is so important. First we should check to see the % of fat content to make sure we are not getting to much. We need to make sure we are not getting to much sugar intake one of my favorites. Basically eating a good verity of healthy food is the best thing to do not to much of one type a good mixture is best. Many times I see people not eating a variety and I think this is so important. In today's fast world it is so hard to eat a healthy diet all the time but we need to try out best.
