Prevent obesity by way of Healthy food.
Unhealthy eating patterns are the root cause of obesity amongst teens and grown-ups. People who frequently consume more calories than they use will gain weight. If this is not upturned, one will become obese over a period of time. Consumption of just 100 calories above daily requirements will typically result in a 10-pound weight gain over one year. Many dissimilar factors add to this discrepancy among calorie intake and burning up. Taking low fat-food or low calorie food wonít solve the problem, it is equally important how to and when to have food.
Having a wholesome breakfast early in the morning would prevent the urge of hunger later in the day and avoid taking junk food while at work or school. Cut down heavy meals and cocktails during late night parties. Intentionally include high ñ fiber foods such as fruits, greens, salads and sprouts in your diet. Omega -3 fatty acids present in olive oil, mustard oil, sunflower, peanut oil, almond oil and walnut oil are some good oils that can be used for cooking. Keep your kitchen stocked with fish, mustard oil, til (sesame) oil and rajma. Change from refined carbohydrates such as flour to whole grains.
