Why Live a Nutritious Life?

People often wonder why they get sick or have to take a medicine cabinet full of pills when they get older. Most of the problems people have is that when they are younger or even older they choose not to eat right and most do not exercise. No this does not mean that you can only drink water and have to live in the gym. If you take a minute to think about what you choose to eat and maybe take one night or two and walk then you might just avoid some of the medicines that others have to take on a regular basis. Doing this can also reduce the risks of some illnesses that are related to the lack of proper diet and exercise. So get out there and enjoy life to the fullest, but keep in mind what you do and eat today can determine what you are tomorrow.
