Your Family and Health

If you decide to start to eat and live healthy that is great. Now convincing the rest of your family of the same thing is a whole different can of worms. One of the biggest things that turns people off about health is that they think they will be reduced to eating salad and nothing else. A better method of introducing your family to healthy eating and living is to do it slowly and with out saying a whole lot about it to them. So in the beginning you want to be picky about what you choose to feed them. Try and find healthy versions of food that they like. Then start to introduce new healthy foods slowly over time. If you try to swing from one food extreme to the other you will have a much tougher time making the transition.
